Make changes to a visitor's access on the Advanced Entry Portal
To deny a visitor access to your facility- Log in to the Advanced Entry Portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Registries" section of the portal.
- Use the search box or filter through the list to find the visitor you want to edit.
- Hover your mouse to the right section of the visitor's entry and click the "Edit" button.
- In the edit window, go to the top left and select the "Deny Access" option from the "Visitor Type" dropdown menu.
- Click the "Update" button at the bottom right of the window to save your changes.
Removing a Visitor from the "Deny Access" Group:
- Repeat the same steps above, but select the appropriate visitor type from the dropdown menu in step 5.
