How to Deny or approve Visitor Access

Make changes to a visitor's access on the Advanced Entry Portal

To deny a visitor access to your facility
  1. Log in to the Advanced Entry Portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Registries" section of the portal.
  3. Use the search box or filter through the list to find the visitor you want to edit.
  4. Hover your mouse to the right section of the visitor's entry and click the "Edit" button.
  5. In the edit window, go to the top left and select the "Deny Access" option from the "Visitor Type" dropdown menu.
  6. Click the "Update" button at the bottom right of the window to save your changes.

Removing a Visitor from the "Deny Access" Group:

  1. Repeat the same steps above, but select the appropriate visitor type from the dropdown menu in step 5.
