To troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity on the kiosk, follow these step
- Go to the settings on the kiosk.
- Click on the Network Test Tool.
- On the right-hand side, there should be an option to refresh and run the test.
- Ensure that all the checks are green and have a score of 10/10. If not, whitelist the Wi-Fi and LAN Mac addresses along with any other domains used by Advanced Entry.
