Shared Denied Access Across Multiple Facilities

This article explains how denied access at one facility can be shared with sister facilities and how to activate the feature.

The shared denied access feature allows facilities within the same corporate network to share a person’s denied entry status. When a person is manually denied access at one facility—such as for security reasons—that denial will be recorded and shared with any connected sister facilities. If the same person attempts to enter another facility and scans their face at the kiosk, their access will be automatically denied based on the original denial, preventing them from entering multiple locations. This helps maintain uniform security protocols across multiple facilities.

By default, this feature is not active. To enable it, you will need to reach out to Customer Support for assistance in setting it up.
