      Setting Up a Questionnaire on the Kiosk

      Customize questions for visitors when they sign in at the kiosk.

      How to Create a Questionnaire:

      1. Access the Portal: Log in to the user portal.
      2. Go to the "Questionnaire" Tab: On the left sidebar, click on the "Questionnaire" tab.
      3. Create a New Questionnaire: Click on the 'Create' button.
      4. Set Up the Questionnaire:
        • Visitor Type: Select which visitor type the questionnaire will apply to.
        • Question Title: Choose a title for the question.
        • Answer Type: Select the answer type:
          • Yes/No: The visitor will only have the option to answer yes or no.
          • Text Input: The visitor can provide a free-text response using the keyboard.
        • Question Text: Enter the text for the question.
        • Additional Text: Optionally, you can add extra information that will appear with the question.
        • Outcome: Define what should happen based on the answer:
          • Grant Access: If the visitor answers appropriately, access will be granted.
          • Deny Access: If the answer requires denial, access will be denied.
          • Additional Question: If more questions are needed, configure them to follow the current one.

      1. Can I customize the questionnaire for different visitor types? Yes, you can customize the questionnaire for specific visitor types. When creating the questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to select the visitor type that the questionnaire will apply to.

      2. Can I ask multiple questions in a sequence? Yes, you can set up additional questions to follow the first one, based on the visitor's answers. If needed, you can create a sequence of questions that will be asked in a specific order.

      3. What happens if I select "Deny Access" for an answer? If you choose "Deny Access" as the outcome for a specific answer, the visitor will be prevented from entering the facility. This action can be used when the response to a question indicates that access should be denied.
