      Streamlining the Check-In Process with Pre-Registration

      The process of registering at a facility can be time-consuming and cumbersome for both visitors and administrators. To streamline this experience, our system offers a pre-registration feature that is easy to implement and use. This article will guide all parties through the process, from the facility administrators generating the pre-registration link to visitors using QR codes for effortless check-in.

      Facility Administrators:

      1. Log into the Facility Portal: Access your facility's portal with your administrative credentials.

      2. Navigate to the pre registration button: Once you have logged in, you can easily find and click on the button labeled "pre-registration QR code" to proceed.

      3. Copy the Pre-Registration Link: You will find a unique QR code and URL specifically created for pre-registration. Make sure to copy this link for easy access.

      4. Distribute the Link to Visitors: Share this link via email, a newsletter, or any other communication channel you typically use to interact with potential visitors.

         

      Visitors:

      1. Receive the Pre-Registration Link: The facility will provide you with a link for pre-registration through various channels such as email.

      2. Complete the Online Form: Clicking the link will direct you to a form where you can input necessary details for your visit.

      3. Receive a QR Code via Email: Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code unique to your upcoming visit.

      Upon reaching the facility.

      1. Locate the Kiosk: When you arrive at the facility, you will notice a kiosk conveniently located in the lobby or entry area. To check-in, simply scan your face using the kiosk's facial recognition technology.

      2. Scan the QR Code: Visitors should open their confirmation email and scan the QR code using the kiosk's scanner.

      3. Confirm Details and Complete Check-In: The kiosk will recognize the QR code, populate the visitor's information automatically, and finalize the check-in process.
