# Multi-Facility View

## View and manage entries across all facilities with ease.

The **Entries** tab in the portal includes a **Multi-Facility View** toggle. Turning this on allows users to see a combined list of entries from all facilities they have access to.

- **Comprehensive Reporting:** Quickly review entries across multiple facilities in one view.
- **Exportable Data:** Download the consolidated entries list to Excel for further analysis.

   Users with access to multiple facilities will see the toggle option in the Entries tab.
2. **Can I export the data?**  
   Yes, the combined entries list can be downloaded to Excel for reporting purposes.
3. **Is the data real-time?**  
   All entries are updated in real-time across all facilities included in the view.
