How to Modify Questions for the kiosk

Learn how to change the visitor type or wording of a question, or delete a question.

Please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to the portal at https://www.portal.advancedentry.com
2. Click on the "Questionnaire" tab in the left sidebar.
3. Hover over the question you wish to modify or delete. A green "Edit" icon will appear on the right.
4. Click on the green "Edit" icon to open a pop-up window.
5. To change the visitor type for the question: Choose the desired visitor type from the "Visitor Type" dropdown menu in the top left.
6. To change the wording of a question: Modify the "Question Text" in the second row to the desired wording.
7. To delete a question: Click on the "Delete" button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
8. If the question was used as an additional question for other questions, you will also need to remove it as an additional question for those questions.
