How to Change the Volume on the Kiosk

To adjust the volume on the kiosk, follow these steps:

1. Access the Kiosk Settings:

   • On the kiosk, click on the Settings icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
   • Enter the password to access the settings.
     • To find or edit the password, go to portal settings. For more information, refer to our Password Management Knowledge Base Article.

   • Once in the settings, look at the top of the screen for the volume bar.
   • Move the bar left to decrease the volume, or right to increase the volume.
