The Evacuation Report shows all individuals who have signed into the facility via the kiosk in the last 5 hours but have not signed out. This is a crucial tool for emergency situations where you need to account for everyone currently in the facility.

How to Access and Use the Evacuation Report to Track Visitors and Staff in Emergency Situations:

  1. Via the Portal:

    • Navigate to the 'Reports' tab.
    • Click on the 'Evacuation Report' tab to view the list.
  2. Via the Kiosk:

    • Go to Settings on the kiosk.
    • Enter the password: 23232323.
    • Click Print Evacuation Report to print the list directly from the kiosks printer.

Export to Excel:

You can export the Evacuation Report to Excel from the portal for easy sharing and further analysis.
