Add customizable Notices on the Kiosk for any visitor type

The kiosk allows you to display customized notices for different visitor types. This feature is useful for notifying specific groups of people, such as staff or visitors, about important information when they check in.

Use Cases:

  • Staff Notifications: Inform staff members about upcoming events or other important announcements each time they enter the facility.
  • Visitor Notifications: Notify visitors that they should expect an SMS requesting feedback on their visit.

How to Set Up a Notice:

  1. Log into the Portal: Access the user portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Settings: In the portal, go to the Settings section.
  3. Go to 'Messages': Select the 'Messages' option from the menu.
  4. Input the Message: You will see a setting to input the text for each visitor type. Customize the message for each group (e.g., Staff, Visitors) as needed.
  5. Save Changes: Once you've entered the desired message, save your changes. The message will now be displayed to the corresponding visitor type upon each entry.

Notes:

  • The message will appear on the kiosk screen each time a user of the specified visitor type checks in, and will remain active until it is removed.
  • You can update or remove the notice at any time through the same process.
