A Step-by-Step Guide to Modifying a Visitor's Type

The portal allows users to change a visitor's type to one of several other types. 

Instructions:

  1. Go to the staff or visitor page: Once you are signed in, navigate to the staff or visitor page by using the left side bar.

  2. Search for the user: After you are on the staff or visitor page, search for the person whose user type you want to change.

  3. Hover over their name: Once you find the user, hover over their name. This will bring up six icons on the right side.

  4. Click on the second icon: Click on the edit icon, which is the second one. This will bring up a popup where you will be able to change the user's type.

  5. Select the new user type: In the popup, select the user type you want to change to.

  6. Save the changes: After selecting the new user type, click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
