Changing a Visitor Type for a Registered Person

Easily update a person's visitor type in the portal.

To change the visitor type of a person after they’ve been registered (e.g., from visitor to staff or resident), follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Portal: Enter your credentials and navigate to the Registries tab.
  2. Find the Registry: Locate the registry of the person whose visitor type you want to change.
  3. Click the Registry: Select the person’s registry entry to open it.
  4. Edit the Registry: On the sidebar, click the Edit button (pencil icon).
  5. Select New Visitor Type: In the dropdown menu, select the desired new registry type (e.g., staff, resident).
  6. Save Changes: Click Save to update the visitor type.
