Badge Printing Feature

Learn how the badge printing feature works and what information is displayed for visitors to ensure smooth security and identification.

The Badge Printing Feature automatically generates a badge for each visitor when they sign in. By default, the badge includes the following essential details:

  • Visitor’s photo
  • Full name
  • Visitor type (e.g., staff, guest, resident)
  • Person being visited
  • Date and time of entry

This badge format helps with quick identification and tracking of visitors for security purposes. The badges are printed directly from the kiosk as soon as a visitor checks in, allowing for a fast, streamlined process.

While this badge format is fixed, we do offer the option to switch to a simplified badge display that focuses on key information such as the visitor’s name, company, and visitor type. For more information on the simplified badge format, please see our article on Simplified Badge Display.
