Google Review Management through the Portal

Access all Google reviews posted to your profile, including those not generated by Advanced Entry.

Our portal displays all Google reviews posted to your profile, even those not generated by Advanced Entry. This feature enables facilities to manage all their Google reviews from one place. If you need to reach out to a reviewer, you can cross-reference the review details with the entry logs in the portal. By matching the reviewer's name and entry time, you can find the visitor’s contact information for follow-up.

Additionally, the Google Reviews tab provides a direct link to view each review on Google. From this tab, you can respond to the review directly using your Google account, ensuring timely and personalized responses.

Note: The name used in the Google review may differ from the name a visitor enters at the kiosk. However, you can attempt to match the reviewer's details with their entry logs through the Entries tab, using the time of entry and other available data to identify the visitor.
